Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms with a capital letter have the following meaning:

• Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of their profession or business and enters into a distance purchase agreement with VanzaWear;
• Entrepreneur / VanzaWear: Coskun Ozturk trading as COS-IT, operating under the name VanzaWear.com;
• Distance Purchase: an agreement concluded between VanzaWear and the Consumer as part of a distance sales system organized by VanzaWear, using exclusively one or more remote communication techniques;
• Website: the website www.vanzawear.com;
• Right of Withdrawal: the Consumer's option to dissolve the purchase agreement within the cooling-off period.

Article 2 – Identity Entrepreneur

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between VanzaWear and the Consumer.

Deviations from these Terms and Conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

The Consumer accepts these Terms and Conditions by using the Website and placing an order.

Article 4 – The Offer and the Agreement

The offer on the Website is an invitation to make an offer. The Agreement is concluded as soon as VanzaWear confirms the order.

Prices include 21% VAT, exclude shipping costs. VanzaWear reserves the right to change prices.

Obvious errors in the offer (such as pricing errors) do not bind VanzaWear.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer receives the last product.

To exercise the Right of Withdrawal in time, the Consumer must send the Withdrawal Statement (see model form on the Website) to VanzaWear by email or letter before the end of the cooling-off period.

Article 6 – Obligations upon Withdrawal

If the Consumer invokes Withdrawal, the products must be returned as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after Withdrawal, to:

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all accessories and labels.

VanzaWear will refund the due amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days after receipt of the timely Withdrawal and return shipment, to the account used for payment.

Article 7 – Exclusion Right of Withdrawal

The Right of Withdrawal lapses for products:

• not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (slippers opened/used);
• specially made for the Consumer;
• whose seal is broken for hygienic products.

Article 8 – Delivery and Shipping

Delivery takes place within 1-5 working days after receipt of payment within the Netherlands.

Shipping costs: €6.95 (free from €75).

VanzaWear is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 9 – Payment

Payment is made via iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card.

Ownership passes after full payment.

Article 10 – Warranty

VanzaWear offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Manufacturer warranty: 1 year on manufacturing defects (excluding wear and tear).

Article 11 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be reported within 7 days after delivery by email to info@vanzawear.com.

VanzaWear strives to provide a solution within 14 days.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All rights to text, images, and design of the Website belong to VanzaWear. Copying without permission is prohibited.

Article 13 – Liability

VanzaWear is not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profits.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Article 14 – Applicable Law and Disputes

Dutch law exclusively applies to this Agreement.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Arnhem.
